    • birth positions and pelvic movement

    • advocacy

    • pain management options

    • what to expect at the hospital

    • feeding goals

    • things you can do in pregnancy to stay active & positive

  • Support for your birth team. I am also here to help your husband/partner/mom/friend learn how best to support you.

  • During labor, I am yours. I will join you as early as you want me. No time limits, no judgments, just support.

  • Some optional and amateur photos of your birth

  • One postpartum visit to check in and see how you’re doing.

MINI BIRTH PLAN PLANNING SESH

An in person meeting that we can use however you like. We can create a birth plan, we can discuss interventions, we can work on identifying your fears around birth, or practice advocating for yourself in the birth room, we can get your partner involved and practice positions. Completely up to you!
